Refund policy

We have a one-week return policy. This means that you have 7 days after receiving your purchase to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unused and complete with its tags and original packaging.

Generally, we only accept returns on items that are defective, damaged, or otherwise unsatisfactory due to a mistake on our end. Please understand that due to the customized nature of our products, it is not possible for us to accept returns for any other reason.

To begin the return process, contact us at support@blackphoenixwoodworking.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photograph of the product where the damage or defects are clearly visible.  

Refunds
We will inspect your pre-approved returned item upon its arrival to ensure that its condition matches the communicated issue. You will then be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take your bank or credit card company some time to process and post your refund.

Damages and Issues
Make sure to inspect your product upon its arrival. Check for any damages or defects, and verify that you got exactly what you ordered! If there are any issues, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve them.

Exchanges
Some orders are eligible for exchange under certain circumstances. Once you have initiated a return, we will assess and communicate to you the fastest way to obtain an exchange.
